a) Repealed, R-012-2006,s.1. (

e) the Old Anglican Church in Tulita (64°54N N and 125°34 N

W) built in approximately by Allan Hardisty, as described in the Schedule; (

f) Whaler's Graves at Balaena Bay, Cape Perry, being an area 45.72 m² centred at 70°01 N54O N and 124°57N00O W. R-012-2006,s.1. 1. Les lieux suivants sont déclarés avoir une signification historique pour les territoires :

ANNEXE The legal description which was filed in the Land Titles Office on February 19, 1979, under No. 49, Certificate No. 10722, subject to an amendment due to a road right-of-way, is as follows: La description légale déposée au Bureau des titres de biens-fonds le février sous le numéro 49, certificat numéro 10722, sous réserve d'une modification pour cause d'emprise de voie publique, est la suivante : Commencing at a point on the west boundary of said lot 16, a distance of 42.6 m from the northwest corner of said lot; commençant à un point situé sur la limite ouest dudit lot 16, à une distance de 42,6 m du coin nord- ouest dudit lot; thence easterly and parallel to the north boundary of said lot, a distance of 91.4 m to a point; de là vers l'est, parallèlement à la limite nord dudit lot, jusqu'à un point situé à une distance de 91,4 m; thence southerly and parallel to the said west boundary, a distance of m, more or less, to the water's edge of the Mackenzie River; de là vers le sud, parallèlement à ladite limite ouest, sur une distance de plus ou moins m jusqu'à la rive du fleuve Mackenzie; thence westerly along the said water's edge of the Mackenzie River to the southwest corner of said lot; de là vers l'ouest, le long dudit fleuve Mackenzie, jusqu'au coin sud-ouest dudit lot; thence northerly along the said westerly boundary to the point of commencement. de là vers le nord, le long de ladite limite ouest, jusqu'au point de départ.
