a) In

section 2 (

i) paragraph (

a) is replaced with the following: (

a) if the tract of land is described in paragraph (a), (b), (c), (

d) or (

f) of

Schedule A, the end of January 30, 2018; (ii) the following paragraph is added immediately after paragraph (a): (a.01) if the tract of land is described in paragraph (

e) of

Schedule A, the end of September 30, 2017; or (

b) In

In this Order "Regulation" means the Carcross Development Area Regulation; « règlement » "subject lot" means lot 1196, Quad 105D/2, Plan 2011-0035 LTO. « lot visé » 2. The subject lot is rezoned from Highway Commercial (C-3) to Country Residential (RC-2) as shown in the

Schedule attached to this Order. 3. Despite paragraph 31(1)(

c) of the Regulation, a residential building on the subject lot may have a living area of less than 576 square feet. 4. Despite paragraph 32.2(2)(

g) of the Regulation, the minimum lot size for the subject lot is 1.12 hectares. 5. Despite subsection 42(3) of the Regulation, an accessory building may be built on the subject lot so that its front wall is closer to the street line than the front or side wall of the main building. 6. Le lot visé est rezoné de Commercial routier (C-3) à Résidentiel de campagne (RC-2), tel qu'indiqué à l'annexe jointe au présent arrêté.

Malgré l'alinéa 31(1)

c) du règlement, un bâtiment résidentiel sur le lot visé peut avoir une surface habitable inférieure à 576 pieds carrés.
