Article 4 Page 2 YUKON REGULATIONS RÈGLEMENTS DU YUKON c YOIC-2025-49 - March 27, 2025 YOIC-2025-49 - 27 mars 2025 LIMITED INDUSTRIAL ZONE — IL ZONE INDUSTRIELLE RESTREINTE — IR 37 Purpose 37 Objet The purpose of the Limited Industrial Zone is to accommodate industrial wood processing. La zone industrielle restreinte est créée dans le but de répondre aux besoins de la transformation industrielle du bois. 38 Principal use 38 Usage principal The only principal use permitted is industrial wood processing. Le seul usage principal permis est la transformation industrielle du bois. 39 Prohibitions 39 Interdictions

(1) No use is permitted within 10 metres of the right- of-way of the Alaska Highway.
