No permit holder sh all permit a pe rson un der the ag e of 1 9 ye ars to en ter or re main in the premises fo r w hich this perm it has bee n issued unless (

a) the person is th ere for th e purpose of providing entertainment; (

b) the pe rson is employed (

i) to w ork in the ki tchen of the pr emises and w orks onl y in the ki tchen, or (ii) as a bus per son or server but he or she doe s not serve l iquor ; or (

c) this p ermit (

i) has bee n appr oved by t he B oar d or t he Execut ive Sec retary under t he a uthor izat ion gi ven t he Execut ive Sec retary by t he B oar d, and (ii) aut hor izes per sons under the a ge of 19 yea rs to ent er and r emain i n t he pr em ises f or t he pur pose of attendi ng the s oci al funct ion, and t he pe rson ent ers or remains in the pr emises in ac cor dance with the terms o f th is p ermit. 2. No per son under the age of 19 years shall enter or rema in in the premi ses for which this permit has been issued unless (

a) the person is th ere for th e purpose of providing entertainment; (

b) the pe rson is employed (

i) to w ork in the ki tchen of the pr emises and w orks onl y in the ki tchen, or (ii) as a bus per son or server but he or she doe s not serve l iquor ; or (

c) this p ermit (

i) has bee n appr oved by t he B oar d or t he Execut ive Secretary under t he a uthor izat ion gi ven t he Execut ive Sec retary by t he B oar d, and (ii) aut hor izes per sons under the a ge of 19 yea rs to ent er and r emain i n t he pr emises for t he purpose of attendi ng the s oci al funct ion, and t he pe rson ent ers or remains in the pr emises in ac cor dance with the terms o f th is p ermit. 3. The per mit hol der sha ll not per mit liquor that is sol d or served on the licen sed prem ises to be removed from the prem ises. 4.

The per mit hol der sha ll adm it a peac e officer or inspe ctor to all par ts of the licens ed premises any time dur ing t he per iod comm enci ng one hour before the s tart of licens ed hour s and e ndi ng one hour after the e xpi ration of licens ed hours. 5. This perm it shal l be prom inen tly displ aye d on the l icen sed prem ises. 6. No liquor sha ll be sol d or ser ved in a licens ed premises to a per son who is not ent itled to cons ume liquor in the prem ises. 7. No liquor sha ll be sol d or suppl ied in a licens ed premises to a per son who is appar ently in an intoxi cat ed c ondi tion. 8.

a) riotous, quarrelsome, violent or disor der ly conduc t or gambl ing or drunkennes s to take place in the licens ed prem ises; (

b) a slot machi ne or devi ce use d for gambl ing t o be pl ace d or maintained i n the l icens ed pr emises; or (

c) raffling of liquor i n the l icen sed prem ises.

Le ti tulaire d e p ermis n e p ermet p as q ue l’alcool vendu o u se rvi d ans l’établiss ement v isé p ar u ne li cence soit transporté à l’extérieur de l’établiss ement. 4.

Le titulaire d’un permis permet l’accès à un agent de la paix ou à un inspecteur à toutes les aires du lieu visé par la licenc e e n t out t emps pen dan t l a p ériode c ommença nt une he ure a vant l e dé but des heur es d’ouver ture pe rmises et finissant une heu re après l ’exp iration des heu res d’ouve rture perm ises. 5. Le pr ésent per mis est affiché bien e n vue da ns les lieux vi sés par la licenc e. 6. Aucu ne boisson alcoo lisée n’est ven due ni ser vie dans les lieux visés par la licen ce à quicon que n’est pas au torisé à y en co nsommer. 7.

Aucune boisso n alco olisée n’est vendue ou fou rnie dans les lieux visés par la licence à une perso nne qui semble être en é tat d’ébr iété, ou à l’intent ion d’une t elle pe rsonne . 8. Aucu n titulaire de p erm is ne perm et dan s les l ieux visés par la licen ce, l’un ou l ’autr e des év éne ments sui van ts :

a) la tenue de j eux de has ard, que s es client s soi ent en é tat d’ébr iété ou qu’ils aient une c ondui te vi olent e ou déso rdonnée, ni la survenan ce de bag arres ou d ’émeutes;

b) l’inst allation et la pr ésence de t out appa reil à s ous ou de t out aut re a ppar eil de j eu;

c) le tirage de bouteilles d ’alcool.

Where there is a su rplus of liquor rem ain ing aft er t he ex piry of this perm it the pe rmit holder may, within 24 ho urs after the expi ry of the pe rmit, trans por t the surplus, whet her the pa ckage is opened or not, from the licens ed pr emises to a p lace w here he or sh e is pe rmitted to po sse ss the liquor. 10.

This p erm it is su bject to immediate c ancellation where in the o pinion of a p eace offi cer or an inspector it ap pears that the permit holder is in breach of a provisio n of th e Act or th e regulation s o r a condition of th is p ermit.

S’il reste des boi ssons alcool isées apr ès l’expi ration du perm is, le titulaire du per mis trans por te ce sur plus, que l’embal lage soi t ouver t ou non, dans les 24 heur es suivan t l’expi ration du per mis, des lieux vi sés par la l icenc e à un end roit où i l lui est perm is de po sséder des bois sons alcool isées. 10.

Le prése nt permis peut faire l’objet d’une annulation immédiate si, de l’avis d’un agent de la paix ou d’un inspecteur, il semble que le titulaire de per mis ait cont revenu à une dispos ition que lconque de la Loi ou du pr ésent règl ement ou à une con dition du p résent perm is.
