Chapter 85 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Condominium Act, and clause 18(1)(
c) of
Chapter 235 of the said Revised Statutes, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to appoint Graham Poole as Acting Registrar of Condominiums, commencing February 7, 2000 and ending March 31, 2001.
