Beginning at a point on the highwater mark of the eastern shoreline of Southwest Arm at the mouth of an unnamed brook, having NAD 83, UTM co-ordinates north 5,494,584 metres and east 561,422 metres;

57' east, 1,840 metres, more or less, to a point on Highway 391 where it crosses over South Brook;

All bearings being referred Grid North and as with distances given are subject to approximation as delineated on the 1:50,000 NTS mapping and with reference to the survey at the Department of Mines and Energy.
