Order in Council 2420/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 174(1) of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997,

Sandra Shime of Toronto,

who was reappointed as part-time vice-chair of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal by Order in Council O.C. 1158/2014,

be appointed as full-time vice-chair of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal for a fixed term of three years effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Furthermore, Order in Council O.C. 1158/2014 is revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
