Order in Council 354/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to clause 162(1)(

c) of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997 ,

Alana McPhee of Toronto

be appointed as part-time member of the board of directors of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective the later of June 20, 2022 and the date this Order in Council is made.
