An Act to amend The Cost of Credit Disclosure Act, 1967 [Assented to March 29, 1973.] 1967, c.85,

section amended Clause (

g) of subsection (1) of

section of The Cost of Credit Disclosure Act, 1967, is repealed and the following substituted therefor: “minister” “(g) “minister” means the member of the Executive Council to whom for the time being is assigned the administration of this Act”.
