CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Boiler and Pressure Vessel Act (Assented to October 30, 1987) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Boiler and Pressure Vessel Amendment Act, 1987. R.S.S. 1978 . c.B-5 The Boiler and Pressure Vessel Act is amended m the manner set forth in this Act.

Section amended Subsection 27(1) is amended by striking out “annually” and substituting “periodically”.

Section amended Subsection 33(1) is amended by striking out “annual validation” and substituting “current registration”.

Section amended 5 (

a) in clause (o); and (

b) in clause (p); and in each case substituting “periodic”. Coming into force This Act comes into force on the day of assent. REGINA, SASKATCHEWAN Printed by the authority of THE QUEEN’S PRINTER
