OIC Text: \x09The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated August 14, 2007, and pursuant to subsections 16(1), (2), (3) and (4),

Section 17 and subsections 94(1), (2) and (3) of

Chapter 475 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Trade Union Act, is pleased to: \x09(a)\x09reappoint Phillip Veinotte as Management member of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia) for a further term of three (3) years commencing August 26, 2007; \x09(b)\x09fix the remuneration of Mr.

Veinotte at the rate of $150 per day for each day he attends as Management member of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia), in addition to actual and reasonable expenses as may be incurred by him in the discharge of his duties; \x09(c)\x09reappoint Gregory Blanchard as an Alternate Labour member of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia) for a further term of three (3) years commencing August 26, 2007; \x09(d)\x09fix the remuneration of Mr.

Blanchard at the rate of $150 per day for each day he attends as an Alternate Labour member of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia), in addition to actual and reasonable expenses as may be incurred by him in the discharge of his duties; \x09(e)\x09reappoint Catherine Randall as an Alternate Labour member of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia) for a further term of three (3) years commencing August 26, 2007; \x09(f)\x09fix the remuneration of Ms.

Randall at the rate of $150 per day for each day she attends as an Alternate Labour member of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia), in addition to actual and reasonable expenses as may be incurred by her in the discharge of her duties; \x09(g)\x09reappoint Thomas Patterson as an Alternate Labour member of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia) for a further term of three (3) years commencing August 26, 2007; \x09(h)\x09fix the remuneration of Mr.

Patterson at the rate of $150 per day for each day he attends as an Alternate Labour member of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia), in addition to actual and reasonable expenses as may be incurred by him in the discharge of his duties; \x09(i)\x09appoint Kathy MacLeod as an Alternate Labour member of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia) for a further term of three (3) years commencing August 26, 2007; and \x09(j)\x09fix the remuneration of Ms.

MacLeod at the rate of $150 per day for each day she attends as an Alternate Labour member of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia), in addition to actual and reasonable expenses as may be incurred by her in the discharge of her duties.
