B.C. Reg. 270/2005, deposited September 8, 2005, pursuant to the EXPROPRIATION AMENDMENT ACT, 2004 [Section 21]. Order in Council 639/2005, approved and ordered September 8, 2005.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective March 18, 2005, the Expropriation Compensation Board Transitional Regulation, B.C. Reg. 97/2005, is amended by adding the following section:

Appointments extended

(

a) Firoz Dossa;

(

b) Martin Linsley;

(

c) Bo Fodchuk;

(

d) George Ward.

(2) All things done that would have been validly done had this

section in fact been in force on March 18, 2005 are conclusively deemed to have been validly done.
