Order in Council 306/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997 , Denise Dietrich of Waterloo be reappointed as full-time member of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term effective February 3, 2022 and ending October 21, 2022.
