Section of the Dairy Industry Act Producer and Distributor Licence Fees Regulations made under

Section of the Dairy Industry Act, S.N.S. 2000, c. 24 The Natural Products Marketing Council, pursuant to

Section of the Dairy Industry Act, hereby orders, effective on July 1, 2002, that: 1 A producer to whom a licence has been issued as a producer shall pay to the Council a fee for such licence to be calculated and paid at the rate of $1.00 per hundred kilograms of butterfat sold or delivered to a processor. 2 A distributor to whom a licence has been issued as a distributor shall pay to the Council a fee for Council services to be calculated and paid at the rate of $0.25 per hundred kilograms of butterfat purchased from Dairy Farmers of Nova Scotia during each calendar month, to be paid within days after the close of each calendar month. 3 The collection of producer licence fees pursuant to

Section is suspended. 4 This regulation is made in substitution for Producer and Distributor Licence Fees Regulations made under

Section of the Dairy Industry Act, S.N.S. 2000, c. 24, N.S. Reg. 63/2001 (March 29, 2001, effective April 1, 2001).
