Order in Council 93/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 672.38(1) of the Criminal Code, R.S.C. 1985, c. C-46,

Murray Segal of Mount Albert

be reappointed as a part-time Lawyer member of the Ontario Review Board for a period of five years, effective January 9, 2018 to and including January 8, 2023.
