OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated July 25, 2001, and pursuant to subsection 158(1) and Sections 161 and 162 of
Chapter 4 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1994, the Credit Union Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Mary Boyd as a member of the Board of the Credit Union Deposit Insurance Corporation effective August 30, 2001; and (
b) appoint Réal Boudreau of Pubnico, Yarmouth County, as a member of the Board of the Credit Union Deposit Insurance Corporation for a term of office of three years commencing August 30, 2001.
