Town of Northern Arm Order
under the
Municipalities Act
(O.C. 96-170)
Under the authority of
section 3 of the Municipalities Act
and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act
, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

This Order may be cited as the Town of Northern Arm Order

Boundaries
The boundaries of the Town of
Northern Arm
are as set out in the Schedule.

Repeal
Newfoundland
Regulation 750/78 is repealed.

Schedule
Beginning at a point at the mouth of an unnamed brook on the northern shoreline of the
Bay
Exploits
, that point being located southwestwardly a distance of 2,000 metres, more or less, from Phillip's Head;
Then running west a distance of 5,050 metres, more or less;
Then running south 21 west a distance of 8,600 metres, more or less, to the northern bank of Northern Arm Brook;
Then running in a generally easterly direction along the northern bank to the mouth of Northern Arm Brook;
Then running in a generally northwesterly and northeasterly direction along the shoreline of Northern Arm to
High Point
Then continuing in a generally northeasterly direction along the northern shoreline of
Bay
Exploits
to the point of beginning.
All bearings being referred to the true meridian.
