An Act to make consequential amendments resulting from the enactment of The Archives and Public Records Management Act (Assented to ) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title 1 This Act may be cited as The Archives and Public Records Management Consequential Amendments Act, 2014. S.S. 1995, c.E-0.2,

section 369 amended 2 Subsection 369(3) of The Education Act, 1995 is repealed and the following substituted: “

(3) With the consent of the Provincial Archives of Saskatchewan, a board of education or the conseil scolaire may deposit any of its non-current documents with the Provincial Archives of Saskatchewan for preservation in the archives”. S. S. 2006, c.E-11.2,

section 37 amended 3

Section 37 of Th e Evidence Act is amended by striking out “ The Archives Act, 2004” and substituting “The Archives and Public Records Management Act”. Coming into force 4 This Act comes into force on the day on which

section 1 of The Archives and Public Records Management Act comes into force.

(3) Si l’organisme appelé Provincial Archives of Saskatchewan y consent, une commission scolaire ou le conseil scolaire peut lui remettre ses dossiers inactifs pour conservation aux archives ». Modiﬁ cation de l’article 37 du ch. E-11.2 des L.S. 2006 3 L’article 37 de la

Loi sur la preuve est modi ﬁ é par suppression de « The Archives Act, 2004 » et son remplacement par « The Archives and Public Records Management Act ». Entrée en vigueur 4 La présente loi entre en vigueur le jour de l’entrée en vigueur de l’article 1 de la loi intitulée The Archives and Public Records Management Act.
