OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Energy dated June 5, 2014, and pursuant to
Section 5B of
Chapter 9 of the Acts of 2012, the Maritime Link Act, and
Section 7 of
Chapter 156 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Expropriation Act, is pleased to approve the expropriation by NSP Maritime Link Incorporated, being the approved applicant under the Maritime Link Act , of an easement near Highway No.125, Upper North Sydney, being more particularly described as parcels 365-2 and 364-17 in
Schedule "A" and shown on the plans marked as
Schedule "B", and the rights of which easement are substantially in the form as set out in
Schedule "C", which Schedules are attached to and form part of the Report and Recommendation, the expropriation being necessary and useful for the purposes of the Maritime Link Project.
