B.C. Reg. 201/2019 , deposited September 20, 2019, under the MINERAL TENURE ACT [section 22] and the COAL ACT [section 21]. Regulation of the Chief Gold Commissioner, dated September 20, 2019.

I, Mark Messmer, Chief Gold Commissioner, Ministry of Energy, Mines and Petroleum

Resources, order that

(

a) the reserve for minerals and placer minerals and the coal land reserves established

over the land identified in B.C. Reg. 223/2001 are cancelled, and B.C. Reg. 223/2001

is repealed,

(

b) the reserve for minerals and placer minerals and the coal land reserve established

over the land identified in B.C. Reg. 101/2003 are cancelled, and B.C. Reg. 101/2003

is repealed,

(

c) the Mineral and Coal Land Reserve (No Mineral or Placer Claim Registrations)

Regulation, B.C. Reg. 280/2007, is amended by deleting the following sites from the

Table:

COLUMN 1

Mining Division and Land District

Golden Gate

Atlin Mining Division

Cassiar Land District

Ne'ah Protected Area

Liard Mining Division

Cassiar Land District

, and

(

d) the mineral reserve established by B.C. Reg. 287/2007 over the sites set out

in the table in that regulation are cancelled, and B.C. Reg. 287/2007 is repealed.
