1 The School Fees and Costs Regulation (AR 101/2017) is

amended by this Regulation.

Section 13 is amended by striking out "August 31, 2019"

and substituting "August 31, 2022".

1 The School Transportation Regulation (AR 102/2017) is

amended by this Regulation.

Section 16.1 is amended by striking out "September 1,

2019" and substituting "September 1, 2022".

1 The Alberta Barley Commission Regulation (AR 123/99)

is amended by this Regulation.

Section 2(2)(

d) is amended by striking out "not later than"

and substituting "within".

Section 3(2) is amended by adding ", and approved by the

Council" after "or a special Commission meeting".

Section 9(

c) is amended by striking out "and address" and

substituting ", address and e-mail address".

Section 18 is amended by striking out "April 30, 2019" and

substituting "April 30, 2024".

Traffic Safety Act

OPERATOR LICENSING AND VEHICLE CONTROL

AMENDMENT REGULATION

For information only: Made by the Minister of Transportation (M.O. 07/19) on

March 7, 2019 pursuant to

section 64(

b) of the Traffic Safety Act.

1 The Operator Licensing and Vehicle Control Regulation

(AR 320/2002) is amended by this Regulation.

Section 15.1 is amended by adding the following after

subsection (3):

(4) Notwithstanding subsections (1) and (2), the Registrar may, with

respect to a class of applicants determined by the Registrar and on

the request by first-time applicants of that class for a Class 1 or Class

2 operator's licence, authorize the first-time applicants to take the

examinations referred to in subsection (1) without having

successfully completed the training course referred to in subsection

appropriate.

(5) An applicant who is authorized under subsection (4) shall

Registrar.

(6) Subsection (4) only applies with respect to requests made on or

after March 15, 2019 but on or before November 30, 2019.

Definition of process

1 For the purposes of the Act, "process" means altering an

agricultural product for the purpose of making a product for human

consumption or livestock feed.

2 A person may make a complaint under

section 10 of the Act in

writing in a form approved by the Minister.
