Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act
(O.C. 96-153)
Under the authority of
section 10 of the Environment Act
and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act
the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Feeder Brook Water Supply Area for the Community of Trout River as a protected water supply area.
NOTICE
This area includes all lands described as follows:
That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 420000 5479000 53 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 275 metres to the commencement point;
Then from the above point by a line drawn 334 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 600 metres;
Then from the above point by a line drawn 290 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,225 metres;
Then from the above point by a line drawn 337 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 625 metres;
Then from the above point by a line drawn 43 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 625 metres;
Then from the above point by a line drawn 72 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,425 metres;
Then from the above point by a line drawn 102 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,900 metres;
Then from the above point by a line drawn 197 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,500 metres;
Then from the above point by a line drawn 277 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 700 metres;
Then from the above point by a line drawn 297 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 625 metres to the point of commencement.
All bearings refer to Grid North.
