An Act to amend The Department of Finance Act (Assented to December 12, 1980) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Department of Finance Amendment Act, 1980. Rev. Stat. c.D-15, new

section

Section of The Department of Finance Act is repealed and the following substituted: Revenue of previous year “38. The revenue of any fiscal year may be received at the office of the treasurer and placed to the credit of the account of year that fiscal year on or before April in the following fiscal year”.
