OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development dated April 14, 2009, and pursuant to

Section 2 and subsection 7(1) of

Chapter 8 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1995-96, the Internal Trade Agreement Implementation Act, and

Section 6 and subsection 33(1) of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Economic and Rural Development to enter into the Ninth Protocol of Amendment to the Agreement on Internal Trade, substantially in the form set out in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
