CHAPTER

An Act to repeal The Private Ditches Act (Assented to June 17, 1980) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Private Ditches Repeal Act. Rev. Stat. c. P-25, repealed; transitional 2(1) The Private Ditches Act is repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding subsection (1), The Private Ditches Act continues to apply in respect of the operation and maintenance of a ditch constructed pursuant to that Act, and, for that purpose, The Private Ditches Act is deemed to be in full force and effect.
