CHAPTER

An Act prohibiting the Improper Use of Provincial Arms

Short title This Act may be cited as The Provincial Arms Act. R.S.S. 1953, c.14, s.1. Unauthorized use of emblem Any person who, without the authority of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, assumes or uses the crest, arms, blazon or other heraldic emblem belonging to or assumed by the province, or any heraldic emblem so nearly resembling the same as to be likely to deceive, is guilty of an offence and liable on
