B.C. Reg. 175/2009 , deposited July 17, 2009, pursuant to the MOTOR VEHICLE ACT [Section 210] and the OFFENCE ACT [Section 132]. Order in Council 365/2009, approved and ordered July 16, 2009.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

Section 5 of the Voluntary Identification Card Regulation, B.C. Reg. 465/88, is repealed.

2 The Violation Ticket Administration and Fines Regulation, B.C. Reg. 89/97, is amended

(

a) in Column 3 of

Schedule 1 by striking out " 69 (

a) to (c), 70 (1) (a) " in Items 1A (l), 2 (d), 7A (b), 8 (b), 14 (b), 15 (

a) and 16 (

b) and substituting " 69 (1) to (3), 70 (1) (

a) and (1.1) ",

(

b) in Column 3 of

Schedule 1 by striking out " 70 (1) (a) " in Item 9A and substituting " 70 (1) (

a) and (1.1) ", and

(

c) in

Schedule 3 under the heading "Motor Vehicle Act" in paragraph (

b) after " Every provision of the Motor Vehicle Act " by striking out " 69 (

a) to (c), 70 (1) (a) " and substituting " 69 (1) to (3), 70 (1) (

a) and (1.1) ".
