CHAPTER 55 (SUPP.)

An Act to amend The Purchasing Act.

Short title This Act may be cited as The Purchasing Amendment Act. R.S.S. 1978, c.55 (Supp.), s.1. Rev. Stat. c.P-49,

section amended 2(1) Clause 2(

a) of The Purchasing Act is repealed and the following is substituted: “department” “(a) ‘department’ means the Department of Revenue, Supply and Services’’. “minister”

(2) Clause 2 (
