An Act to Amend the Auditor General Act Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as fol- lows: 1

Section of the Auditor General Act,

chapter A-17.1 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 1981, is amended by repealing subsection (1) and substituting the follow- ing: 13(1) The Auditor General shall report annually, and sixty days prior to a fixed general election date, to the Legislative Assembly (

a) on the work of his office, and (

b) on whether, in carrying on the work of his office, he received all the information and explanations he re- quired. PROJET DE LOI Loi modifiant la

Loi sur le vérificateur général, cha- pitre A-17.1 des Lois du Nouveau-Brunswick de 1981, est modifié par l’abrogation du paragraphe (1) et son remplacement par ce qui suit : 13(1) Le vérificateur général doit faire rapport annuelle- ment, et soixante jour avant une élection générale, à l’As- semblée législative

a) sur le travail de son bureau, et

b) sur le fait qu’il a reçu ou non dans l’exécution du travail de son bureau toutes les informations et tous les éclaircissements qu’il a demandés.
