B.C. Reg. 82/2006, deposited April 7, 2006, pursuant to the FOREST ACT [Section 169]. Order in Council 246/2006, approved and ordered April 7, 2006.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

(

a) the Central Coast Designated Area Regulation, B.C. Reg. 304/2004, is repealed, and

(

b) it being in the public interest, Crown land outlined in heavy black on the maps in Schedules 1 to 70, attached to this order, is specified as the Central Coast Designated Area No. 2 under

section 169 of the

Forest Act for the period ending May 23, 2010.
