Order in Council 525/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 2 of the Financial Services Tribunal Act, 2017 ,

Ed Skwarek of Oakville, Ontario

be appointed as a part-time member of the Financial Services Tribunal for a term of two years commencing on the date of this order.
