WHEREAS by Our Proclamation dated the 19 th day of September, 2011, We did dissolve the Forty-Sixth General Assembly of Our Province of Newfoundland and Labrador; AND

WHEREAS it is Our Will and Pleasure to summon and call a General Assembly within Our said Province and for that purpose to direct the issue of Writs of Election for a General Election of Members to serve in the House of Assembly of Our said Province; AND

WHEREAS under the authority of

section 57 of the Elections Act, 1991 (the "Act"), We are empowered to direct the issuance of a Writ of Election for the election of Members to the House of Assembly; NOW KNOW YE that We do by this Our Proclamation direct that a Writ of Election for each of the Electoral Districts hereinafter mentioned be issued; AND WE DO further direct

Short title 2. Definition 3. Prescribed services 4. User fees 5. Withdrawal of service 1. These regulations may be cited as the Eastern Regional Service Board Regulations. 2. In these regulations, "board" means the Eastern Regional Ser- vice Board. 3. The board has the power to co nstruct, acquire, maintain and operate solid waste disposal sites and solid waste management facilities and systems within the eastern region.

(1) The board has the power to ch arge user fees to a municipal- ity, local service district or unincorp orated area in the eastern region as constituted by

(2) An amount owing under subsection (1) is a debt due to the board and the board may recover it by civil action in a court. 5.
