OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated March 22, 2000, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Barbara Saunders of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with the Province of Nova Scotia, which appointment was made by Order in Council 98-155 dated April 8, 1998; and (
b) appoint Barbara Saunders of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with the Halifax Regional Police.
