An Act to Amend The Seed Grain and Other Advances Seeurity Act. (Assented to ,1940.) HIS MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of the Province of Alberta, enacts as follows: 1.. This Act may be cited as "The Seed Grain and Other Advances Security Act Amendment Act, 1940." 2. The Seed Grain and Other Advances Security Act, being

chapter of the Statutes of Alberta, 1936, is hereby amended as to

section by striking out the words and figures "in any of the years 1936, 1937, 1938 and 1939", where the same occur therein, and by substituting therefor the words and figures "in any of the years 1936, 1937, 1938, 1939 and 1940". 3.
