OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated December 1, 2000, and pursuant to
Section 25 of
Chapter 154 of the Acts of 1900, the Chartered Accountants Act, is pleased to approve the making by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nova Scotia of amendments to the By-laws of the Institute approved by Order in Council dated November 23, 1964, in the manner set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after December 21, 2000.
