B.C. Reg. 151/2016 , deposited June 10, 2016, under the WATER SUSTAINABILITY ACT [sections 124 and 125]. Order in Council 392/2016, approved and ordered June 9, 2016.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with

the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective February 29,

2016, the Water Sustainability Fees, Rentals and Charges Tariff Regulation, B.C. Reg.

37/2016, is amended

(

a) in column 1 of Table 1 of

Schedule 1 by striking out “hydraulic fracturing

– other than groundwater” and substituting “hydraulic fracturing – other than deep

groundwater”, and

(

b) in Table 1 of

Schedule 2 by striking out the heading “ Storage Water Use Purpose (not related to power purpose)” and substituting “ Storage Water Use Purpose ”.
