This Bill further establishes content requirements for the five-year plans prepared by the Workers Compensatio n Board and requires both the Board's annual report a nd the five-year plan to be published. a) in the definition "accident", by striking out " and " at the end of clause (b), adding " and " at the end of clause (

c) and adding the following after clause (c): (

d) a stress-induced mental disorder, (

d) of the definition "occupational disease", by adding " or a stress-induced mental disorder " after " stress "; and 2 Le paragraphe 1(1) est modifié :

c) by adding the following definition: "stress-induced mental disorder" means a mental condition that (

a) is diagnosed by a physician or psychologist as a mental disorder described in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders , and (

b) is (

i) a reaction to one or more traumatic events arising out of and in the course of a worker's employment, or (ii) caused by stressors arising out of and in the course of a worker's employment; (« troubles mentaux causés par le stress »)

Section 71.1 is replaced with the following: 3 L'art icle 71.1 est remplacé par ce qui suit : Strategic plan of board 71.1 The board must, as soon as possible after the end of each year and not later than April 30, provide the minister with a five-year plan respecting (

a) the strategic direction of the board; (

b) expected trends with respect to workplace injury or illness and the resulting compensation to workers; (

c) a review and a

summary of the board's (

i) workplace safety and health policies, (ii) medical aid policies, and (iii) prevention activities as described in subsection 54.1(2); and (
