An Act to amend The Tax Enforcement Act (No. 1) [Assented to March 31, 1954] Rev. Stat. c.156 The Tax Enforcement Act is amended in the manner hereinafter set forth. 1954, c.38, s.1. New

section 22a The following

section is inserted after

section 22: No time limit for application “22a Notwithstanding anything contained in The Limitation of Actions Act, there is no limitation to the time within which an application for title may be made under

section 22”. 1954, c.38, s.2.

Section amended Clause (

d) of
