On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Greenhouse Gas Reduction (Clean Energy) Regulation, B.C. Reg. 102/2012, is amended

(

a) in

section 5 (3) (

b) by striking out " or will confirm " and substituting " or will conform ",

(

b) in

section 9 by striking out " sections 2 (3.3) (a) " and substituting " sections 2.2 (3) (a) ", and

(

c) in

section 10 (

a) by striking out "

section 2 (3.3) " and substituting "

section 2.2 (3) ".
