B.C. Reg. 351/2007, deposited November 22, 2007, pursuant to the ASSESSMENT ACT [Section 21]. Regulation of the British Columbia Assessment Authority, dated October 25, 2007.

The British Columbia Assessment Authority orders the following:

Section 2 of the Railway, Pipeline, Electric Power and

Telecommunications Corporation Rights of Way Valuation Regulation, B.C. Reg.

218/86, is amended by striking out "2007" and substituting "2008".

Section 3 is amended in column 2 of the Table

(

a) by striking out "$4 665" and substituting "$5

612",

(

b) by striking out "$198" and substituting "$208",

(

c) by striking out "$2 780" wherever it appears and

substituting "$3 472", and

(

d) by striking out "$511" and substituting "$588".
