CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Income Tax Act by eliminating the Mortgage Interest Tax Credit as a consequence of the establishment of the Mortgage Interest Reduction Plan (Assented to July 9, 1982) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Income Tax Amendment Act, 1982. Rev. Stat. c.I-2,

section 8.2 repealed
