An Act to Repeal the Quieting of Titles Act Loi abrogeant la

Loi sur la validation des titres de propriété Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as fol- lows: Sa Majesté, sur l’avis et du consentement de l’Assem- blée législative du Nouveau-Brunswick, décrète : 1 The Quieting of Titles Act,

chapter Q-4 of the Revised Statutes, 1973, is repealed. 1 La

Loi sur la validation des titres de propriété, cha- pitre Q-4 des Lois révisées de 1973, est abrogée. TRANSITIONAL PROVISION DISPOSITION TRANSITOIRE 2 Any proceeding that was commenced under the Qui- eting of Titles Act before the commencement of this Act shall be dealt with and completed in accordance with the Quieting of Titles Act as it existed immediately before the commencement of this Act. 2 Toute procédure qui a été intentée en vertu de la

Section 52 of the Land Titles Act,

chapter L- 1.1 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 1981, is amended 4 L’article 52 de la

a) in subsection (1)

b) by striking out “paragraph (1)(b), (c), (d), (

d) or (f)”.
