An Act to provide for certain degree granting status for Faith Alive Ministries World Outreach Centre Inc. (Assented to )

Preamble WHEREAS Faith Alive Ministries World Outreach Centre Inc. is a non-profit corporation, duly incorporated pursuant to The Non-profit Corporations Act, 1995; WHEREAS Faith Alive Ministries World Outreach Centre Inc. has by petition prayed for

an Act of the Legislature to provide authority to award certificates, diplomas and confer degrees in religious studies and theology at Faith Alive Bible College; and WHEREAS it is expedient to grant the prayer of the said Petition: THEREFORE HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title The Faith Alive Ministries World Outreach Centre Inc. Act. Powers Subject to subsection 6(3) of The University of Saskatchewan Act, 1995 , Faith Alive Ministries World Outreach Centre Inc. may award certificates, diplomas and confer degrees in religious studies and theology that are necessary or useful for the carrying into effect the objects and purposes of Faith Alive Ministries World Outreach Centre Inc.
