Chapter 436 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Solemnization of Marriage Act, is pleased to appoint Kim Sinclair, Information Services Clerk of Sydney Access Nova Scotia, as Deputy Issuer of Marriage Licenses, effective May 27, 2005.
