OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated May 16, 2012, and pursuant to

Section 459 of

Chapter 18 of the Acts of 1998, the Municipal Government Act, is pleased to order that: (

a) the Town of Bridgetown shall have an election for the offices of Mayor and Councillors; (

b) nomination day shall be held on September 11, 2012; (

c) advance polls shall be held on October 13 and 16, 2012; (

d) ordinary polling day shall be held on October 20, 2012; and (

e) the new Mayor-elect and Councillors-elect shall assume their offices on November 6, 2012.
