With the advice and consent of the Executive Council of Manitoba, we name December 1, 2020, as the day on which
section 1, clause 2(
a) insofar as it repeals the definition "emergency medical response technician", sections 4 and 5, clauses 13(1)(
a) and (b), and
section 16 of The Emergency Medical Response and Stretcher Transportation Amendment Act (S.M. 2017, c. 13) come into force.
Sur l'avis et avec le consentement du Conseil exécutif du Manitoba, nous fixons au 1 er décembre 2020 la date d'entrée en vigueur de l'article 1, de l'alinéa 2a) dans la mesure où il supprime la définition de « technicien d'intervention médicale d'urgence », des articles 4 et 5, des alinéas 13(1)
