OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated April 29, 2020, and pursuant to
Section 13(1)(
c) of
Chapter 197 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Health Services and Insurance Act , is pleased to approve the Minister to authorize payments as required or permitted by an agreement with Doctors Nova Scotia in the form presented by the Minister, subject to such changes as do not materially alter the effect of the agreement, effective on and after April 30, 2020.
