Bill No. 72 of 1949. A BILL TO AMEND THE NURSING AIDES ACT. NOTE. This Bill amends The Nursing Aides Act, being

chapter of the Statutes of Alberta, 1947. A new

An Act to amend The Nursing Aides Act. (Assented to , 1949.) HIS MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legisl'ative Assembly of the Province of Alberta, enacts as follows: 1. The Nursing Aides Act, being

chapter of the Stat utes of Alberta, 1947 is hereby amended by adding im mediately after

section the following new section: "13a. This Act shall not apply to the nursing of or care of the sick where tre'atment is limited to spiritual services.". 2. This Act shall come into force on the day upon which it is assented to. No. 72 FIRST SESSION ELEVENTH LEGISLATURE GEORGE VI BILL
