Statute: Involuntary Psychiatric Treatment Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated November 19, 2014, is pleased: (

a) pursuant to clause 65(2)(

a) of

Chapter 42 of the Acts of 2005, the Involuntary Psychiatric Treatment Act, to appoint: (

i) Gerald Gray of Western Shore, Lunenburg County, and (ii) Scott Milligan of Cape Breton Regional Municipality (Sydney), as members of the Review Board each for a three year term commencing on December 9, 2014; and (

b) confirm remuneration will be paid to the members in accordance with rates set in Order in Council 2011-183 dated May 24, 2011.
