THE OIL AND GAS ACT, C.C.S.M., CHAP. 034 (Section 214)
Potash and Agri-Development Corporation of Manitoba Ltd (PADCOM) has made an application under
Section 214 of The Oil and Gas Act for an order of the Minister of Natural Resources and Northern Development authorizing, on behalf of the royalty owner, for drilling and production in the following spacing units:
Ptn. of Legal Subdivision 8, 9,10, 14, and 15 of
Section 28, Township 20, Range 29 WPM
The mineral rights in Legal Subdivisions 8, 9, 10 and 15 of
Section 28-20-29WPM are held by the Crown but the Crown has granted lease to PADCOM, excluding that portion taken for Railway Plan 299 NLTO.
The mineral rights in Legal Subdivision 14 of
Section 28-20-29WPM are co-owned by PADCOM, the Crown, and private individuals. The Crown and private individuals have granted leases to PADCOM, excluding the Lot 12 Block1, Plan 333 NLTO.
PADCOM has been unable to ascertain the royalty owner under those portion of Legal Subdivisions 8, 9, 10, and 15 taken for the railway Plan 299 NLTO and portion of Legal Subdivision 14 of
Section 28-20-29WPM, Lot 12 Block 1, Plan 333 NLTO. As a result, PADCOM has applied to the Minister under
Section 214 of The Oil and Gas Act for an order authorizing drilling and production on behalf of the royalty owner.
The Minister may issue an order authorizing drilling and production on behalf of the Missing Royalty Owner after publishing this notice of the application, provided the Minister is satisfied that the royalty owner cannot be ascertained or found.

Chapitre 034 (section 214)
Potash and Agri-Development Corporation of Manitoba Ltd (PADCOM) a demandé au ministère des Ressources naturelles et du Développement du Nord, conformément à l’article 214 de la
Loi sur le pétrole et le gaz naturel, de prendre un arrêt autorisant, au nom du titulaire de redevances, le forage et la production dans les surfaces unitaires suivantes :
partie des subdivisions légales 8, 9, 10, 14 et 15 de la
section 28, township 20, rang 29 O.M.P.
La Couronne détient les droits relatifs aux minéraux dans les subdivisions légales 8, 9, 10, 14 et 15 de la
section 28-20-29 O.M.P., mais la Couronne a conféré ces droits par bail à PADCOM, à l’exception de la
partie prise du plan de l’emprise du chemin de fer 299 du B.T.F.B.
Les droits relatifs aux minéraux dans la subdivision légale 14 de la
section 28-20-29 O.M.P. sont détenus conjointement par PADCOM, la Couronne et des particuliers. La Couronne et ces particuliers ont conféré ces droits par bail à PADCOM, à l’exception du lot 12, bloc 1, plan 333 du B.T.F.B.
PADCOM n’a pas pu déterminer l’identité du titulaire de redevances de cette
partie des subdivisions légales 8, 9, 10 et 15 prises du plan de l’emprise du chemin de fer 299 du B.T.F.B. et de la subdivision légale 14 de la
section 28-20-29 O.M.P, lot 12, bloc 1, plan 333 du B.T.F.B. De ce fait, en vertu de la
section 214 de la
Loi sur le pétrole et le gaz naturel, PADCOM a demandé au ministre de prendre un arrêté autorisant, au nom du titulaire de redevances, le forage et la production.
Le ministre peut prendre un arrêt autorisant, au nom du titulaire de redevances, le forage et la production après avoir publié cet avis de la demande, à condition que le ministre soit convaincu que le titulaire de redevances ne peut être identifié ou trouvé.
